About the Author:
Caroline Adams Miller, MAPP, an internationally known coach and speaker on the topics of goals, grit and positive psychology appears regularly on television and in newspapers and magazines. She is a regular "happiness" expert in the media, as well as an instructor at the Wharton Business School for Executive Education. For 20 years, Dr. Michael B. Frisch is a clinical psychologist in Baylor University's department of psychology and neuroscience, and contributed the "Happiness House" exercise to the book.
