We can't believe we're still cooking CONSTANTLY from both Easy Beans and More Easy Beans. We guess it keeps selling and selling because of the great variety of recipes - appetizers, soups, salads, side and main dishes.
About the Author:
Trish Ross and Jacquie Trafford both enjoyed successful careers before turning their attention to bean cooking. For nearly fifteen years they have studied and researched the world of beans from preparation and nutritional aspects, to exploring unique recipes from around the world. Their first book, Easy Beans first hit the market in 1994 and has been reprinted many times. They decided to publish a second book because people wanted even more recipes, ones to include an even greater variety of beans and a wider range of Ingredients. The authors named it More Easy Beans! Since then a 2nd edition of Easy Beans with nutritional analysis and 20 more new recipes has been printed. They have made bean cookery a healthy choice for today's busy cook.
